• 1975: Launch of the industrial clock activity with dropflat digital clocks sent to over 40 countries

• 1997: ISO 9001 certification
• 1989 to 2001: Creation of European subsidiaries
• 2005: Acquisition of Osys, a company specialising in production time tracking
