Electromagnetic Hammers

Electromagnetic HammersThe electromagnetic hammer and electromagnetic hammer for carillon are used to produce bell tones for the time, angelus and knell for bells and chimes.

The electric hammer is used to produce the same sounds as large bells.

The chiming sound is controlled either by the clock for ringing the time or manually from the bell control panel (OPUS).

Electromagnetic Hammer

Electromagnetic hammers are used to ring bells that weigh between 5 and 1,200 kg.
An electric coil activates an arm quickly, with a weight that rings the bell.

Electromagnetic Hammer for carillon

Electromagnetic hammers for carillons have been specially designed to obtain very short response times to enable quick melodies to be played. They are installed inside or outside the bell.

Electric Hammer

The Electric Hammer can be used for bells weighing between 1,000 and 3,500 kg.
If the installation does not enable an electric hammer to be installed, the strike and release motor with a mechanical hammer can be installed for bells weighing between 5 and 1,500 kg.
