LED petrol price signs in gas stations.

Overall presentation:

• Control unit for single or double sided price signs of 1 to 6 price lines of 3 to 4 digits
• Automatic adjustment of the luminosity on 3 levels : sunny, cloudy and night (luminosity sensor integrated in each line)
• Power supply and data transmission to the LED line via a single flat cable (one flat cable per line)
• Control of the S20, S25 and S30 LED price lines
• High operating temperature range : -20°C to +70°C
• Maintenance free

Wireless version : 869 MHz radio link (integrated transmitter and antenna).
Wire version : RS485 wire link.

Functionalities:

• Test of LEDs
• Selection of the price format
• Adjusting level of brightness.

KARBU PAD keypad:

• 16 keys control keypad
• Remote control enabling the testing of the LEDs
• Wireless version : powered by two 1.5V batteries (LR6)
• Wire version : powered by KARBU KIT

KARBU LED control unit:

• Power supply : 230V +/- 10% 50/60Hz. 230V circuit breaker
  - 2A fuse for KARBU LED with 1 to 4 price lines
  - 4A fuse for KARBU LED with 5 to 6 price lines.

• Electronics fixed on DIN rails and protected in a waterproof box (IP43)
• Dimensions of the box : 391.2x312x128.5 mm
• Wireless version : the maximal distance between the keypad and the price sign is 20m
• Wire version : the maximal cable length between the keypad and the price sign is 300m.
